About the yard
A working timber yard, not a catalogue.
We are a small pallet manufacturing yard in Bapunagar, Ahmedabad. We saw, plane and nail up pinewood pallets to the sizes our customers actually ship on, not to a rigid stock list.
Most of what leaves our gate goes to warehouses and export packers across Gujarat, plus a growing share of cold-storage and pharma clients who need heat-treated timber that clears customs without fuss.
You can walk in, pick up a sample, argue about a millimetre, and get a straight price. That is the pitch.

What we build
Pallets in the sizes your warehouse actually uses.
Every pallet is nailed from kiln-dried pinewood, checked for split boards, and stacked ready to load. If a standard size does not fit your rack, tell us the dimension and we will quote a custom build.

Made for busy dispatch bays where the forklift approach angle is not fixed. Slightly heavier build, faster turnarounds.

04ISPM-15 heat treated
Treated to ISPM-15, stamped and certificated
For international shipments where customs will not accept untreated wood. We arrange treatment through certified partners and stamp on your order.
05Custom crates and sizes
Made to your drawing or floor sample
Odd dimensions, reinforced corners, one-off export crates. Bring a sketch or a broken pallet and we will match it.
How an order runs
From your call to your loading dock in a week.
A pallet order is not complicated, but it has to run on time. Here is what happens between your first call and the truck pulling out of the gate.

You call or WhatsApp
Tell us size, quantity, whether you need ISPM-15, and where the truck should go. We confirm a rate on the same call.
- 02
We source and cut the timber
Pinewood arrives at the yard, is kiln-dried and cross-cut to your spec. You are welcome to inspect a sample first.
- 03
Nail-up and assembly
Pallets are nailed on jigs so every unit sits flat and square. Split or knot-heavy boards are rejected at this stage.
- 04
Heat treatment, if required
Export orders go to a certified ISPM-15 kiln for treatment and stamping. You get the certificate with the invoice.
- 05
Stack, wrap and dispatch
Pallets are stacked, strapped and loaded onto your transport, or ours. Most bulk orders leave within five to seven days.
